I was so excited to shoot with Ruby Tanja for the first time yesterday! She is so sweet and so much fun, and a fellow Michigander. It’s no wonder we get along so well! Not to mention we do awesome work together! Expect many of my future looks to be shot by her. And, expect many videos of us and our little photo adventures to come!
I received this gorgeous green 60’s inspired mini dress from Romwe and I am just tired of wearing tons of layers and fur, so I decided it’s time for a springy look! At first I was unsure of what shoes to pair with this dress, but then something amazing happened. The new Deandri Ginger platforms from Miss KL graced my doorstep. And I LOVE them. They’ll take some breaking in, but nothin’ a few good wears can’t fix. Wearing them with socks (especially these cute ones from Crossroads Trading Co.) definitely gives them a nice comfy padding, and the platform definitely helps the comfort level! I am already scoping out which Deandri’s I’m going to buy next. And I just learned that one of my favorite artists Grimes is wearing a pair of Deandri’s in the Genesis music video.
I will be doing a tutorial video shortly on how to make your own flower crowns at home! I just have to find the supplies here in NY.
Love,
R.
