I wore this dress years ago in Chicago but I really feel that I nailed the styling of it much better this time. My grandma gave me this dress. It is almost 50 years old! It’s vintage Saks Fifth Ave. So fitting to wear it around New York! I am really into the fiery punch of colors this dress has. I am also a fan of the slight bell sleeves of course.
I paired it with these perfect little Miu Miu heels that I got from Reebonz. Reebonz is a flash sale site that provides amazing authentic designer bags, shoes & accessories at a great price! I can vouch for the quality. These little Miu Miu’s are easily some of my favorite colorful heels, perfect for my vintage dresses.
There were some amazing vintage Chanel bags on their site recently. I really must have one! I’ve seen them a lot over fashion week and couldn’t decide if it made them less cool since everyone seems to have one… I think they’re still really cool. That Chanel logo and charm just never gets old.
Anyways, sorry for wearing hats so much recently! Just uploading these photos I was thinking… “Shoot another hat look!”. I will try my best to tone it down with the hats. I just love them. (And to be honest there isn’t really much time to shower during fashion week… hats are a good way to cover slightly dirty hair!) Ew. Haha. No my hair isn’t really ever that dirty! But hats are actually a good cover-up when you’re in a pinch 😉
