I got in trouble for taking these photos…
Even though I was providing free advertising for the lovely Cafe Colette in Williamsburg, I got in trouble for these photos near the end of my shoot (luckily) because they came out so cute! I enjoy this cafe, it has a really chill vibe and I love the decor. It’s very homey. However I just don’t understand why business owners don’t allow people to take photographs in their establishment… it’s free advertising!
Enough of that rant. Onward! Here is another look I did wearing Karen Millen in celebration of my event that is happening TONIGHT in NYC! So, those of you living in New York… please to come say hello and have a refreshing beverage! I would love to meet you.
Here’s the invite one more time:
Hope to see you there!
Love,
R.

In this look… head to toe Karen Millen.

• 11 years agoOoh, that’s too bad 🙁 I could see if it was interfering with the other patrons enjoying their stay, but it looks like you were outside where you couldn’t have been bothering anyone! That’s always my biggest fear on shoots, thankfully as a female photographer I can just bat my eyelashes and say “sorry.” Haha.
Regardless, cute outfit and looks like a charming cafe!

• 11 years agoI agree, these photos are adorable! And also, why oh why do they do that? I mean, some stores or cafes are just too cute not to use as a photo location. It’s such a waste!
