Sometimes I feel so antsy with my style I just have to break the monotony and wear something different. I was at Crossroads when I found this tartan style plaid skirt with suspenders by Betsey Johnson. I thought, well, I need to just buy this! Because it reminded me so much of London and the punk scene. I knew it would look great with my beat up Dr. Marten boots. Underneath I wore this Mr. Bean tee from XD. It gives the look a little humor!

This is a really different look for me and I think it’s good to keep trying new things!

Love this outfit and did something similar yesterday, with a graphic tee and a skirt. Great minds, eh? I love the suspenders and I may love this even more, knowing it’s Betsey 😉

Classic Dr. Marten’s! I love the what you paired these boots with! I’m looking for a cool way to wear these new “Ratatat” boots by Dirty Laundry. They’re so different! http://www.chineselaundry.com/products2.cfm/ID/3914/c/dirty-laundry-newarrivals/attr1/7467
    Thanks for the inspiration!
