Exploring Montauk.
The first day that Alea and I went to the Hamptons we unpacked our car into our adorable little AirBnB cabin (as seen in yesterday’s post) and drove straight to Montauk. Racing against the setting sun we ran up the hill to the Montauk Lighthouse, which is surrounded by the most stunning views.
The wind was wildly intense, we were so shocked at how fierce it was. I almost blew away down the hill! Hehe. We powered through and each took some wonderful photos. It was really great to be able to shoot Alea for her travel blog as well as shoot other things, since I feel like I do not exercise my photographer muscles enough lately.
Alea was impressed by my work and it really made me feel good and sort of re-lit the photographer fire in me.
I wore an adorable red Asos star dress accompanied with some old summer favorites. I thrifted this picnic basket set, it’s so perfect for little getaways like this! I have a couple more Hamptons posts before my Michigan trip commences.
In this look… dress c/o Asos, thrifted shoes and H&M hat.
