From Another Galaxy

An easy tutorial on how to elevate your every day make up to a celestial dream! Perfect for parties or Halloween.

First of all it was SO CRAZY that I felt brave enough to pin my bangs back for this shoot. I wanted to do a new beauty thing since it has been a WHILE.

This one is fairly easy actually! I did my full normal make-up routine, cat eye and all. I added a darker smokey eye than usual with some shadows. I used some shimmery grays and blacks.

I always emphasize my normal routine when doing it for a party or for a shoot. I also went heavier on the highlighter for this look for obvious reasons being I wanted to shimmer like a dang silver star in the sky.

After the base is done I used nyx glitter primer only where you would place your highlighter and gently used my finger to pat it across. I then sprinkled silver glitter also from nyx on to a make up brush and packed it on to where the primer was. I started really slow to make sure I didn’t go too overboard.

Next was the star confetti. I got an assorted size of star confetti on Amazon and used regular eyelash glue, put it all over the back of each star and pressed it on! This part was the most time consuming but well worth it. You can go as crazy or as scaled back for this as you would like!

Honestly thats it! I finished with a NARS lip color which is linked below with some other products I used. I hope you guys enjoyed this little tutorial!

Love, Rachel
