I spent the last 6 days in Michigan. I had a great time with friends and family, but I realized that I really missed Chicago. I am so lucky to live in a city full of so many opportunities, friendly happy people, amazing shops all over, amazing food and drink. Right outside my door.
And to think that was the last time I’ll visit Michigan solo. Gareth and I will know exactly what day he’ll be landing in Chicago in 2 weeks or less. I am so proud that we’ve made it so far on our own already, and I can’t even begin to imagine all of the amazing things we are going to do together over the spring and summer in this amazing city.

When I was in the taxi to my apt. from downtown earlier I felt so amazing looking at all of the gorgeous buildings lit up at night while driving next to lake Michigan, which has finally melted and is full of life again.
I am so excited for everything that’s been happening lately. Lots of photography and modeling opportunities, magazine publishings, interviews etc.
It’s all making sense.

Hey! so a friend of mine that follows you told me to look at your blog, because I am currently in the process of trying to transfer to Columbia for photography. I currently go to a public university that just has an art department, and I decided I wanted more with my art education other than that. I guess I am just curious as too if you like Columbia?
