A delicious meat-free meal in just a few minutes!

I have wanted to do more food posts and reviews for so long now. I bring you the meat-free beef tips by Gardein. These little guys are actually pretty damn tasty. I want to preface this by saying I am not a vegetarian. I think this review will be useful because of that fact.

Gardein is sold in most major grocery stores in the frozen food section alongside the other meat-free goodies. I picked up the meatless tips and the wings and decided to make the meatless tips to review. The package reads that they cook in approximately three minutes, which is pretty true. I committed a cardinal cooking sin and also purchased pre-sliced vegetables for the stir fry. (I never buy these guys, I just wanted to make it easier on myself for the review.). I also purchased a teriyaki sauce to go over everything.

Step 1: Heat up your pan on the stove. Once it’s hot, put your veggies in and get to sautéing!
Step 2: Add in meatless tips. Turn the heat slightly lower when adding the meatless tips so your veggies don’t burn. Add olive/cooking oil as needed. Once the veggies are beginning to caramelize, add desired teriyaki sauce.
Step 3: Serve it up and enjoy this quick and easy meat-free meal!

All of the nutritional facts can be found on Gardein’s website here.

It’s really that easy. I definitely recommend giving Gardein products a try! Even if you do eat meat like myself, I find it refreshing to go meat-free occasionally and give my body a rest.

Love,

R.
