A year of accessories.

Yesterday was one of those crazy weather days where it was super sunny and out of nowhere loomed a giant dark cloud that let out the hardest 10 minute rain I had ever seen. When it stopped I wandered around McGlorick park in Brooklyn to find that the sun had come back out and all of the rain on the plants and trees sparkled like glitter.

It turned out to be the most perfect enchanting atmosphere to photograph some of my latest accessories from Aldo. I mean these dream catcher earrings are everything, and this hat is just perfect for the summer.

I wanted to tell you guys about an awesome contest that Aldo is currently hosting in lieu of their accessory line.

Tag @aldo_shoes on the photo and use the hashtag #winALDOaccessories

ELIGIBLE PHOTOS
Selfie featuring 1 or more accessories.
A #ootd (outfit of the day) photo featuring 1 or more accessories.
A layout photo of 1 or more accessories (laid out on a surface).
A shot of ALDO shoes styled with 1 or more accessories (doesn’t have to be worn).

The accessories featured in the photos have to be non-footwear items (handbags, jewelry, hats, scarves, etc.) exclusively from ALDO.

GRAND PRIZE
The Grand Prize is 1 year’s worth of ALDO accessories ($900 Gift Card value; approximately £473).
The Grand Prize winner will be selected by a panel of judges. Criteria include: originality, creativity, fun factor and fit with the ALDO Brand.
Participants must be residents of Canada, the United States or the United Kingdom and must be 18 years of age or older
