In Dear Diary, Jag Lever

I just looked back a couple of years on my blog and it made me miss having slow days. I used to write on my blog way more about random stuff like love, quotes, inspirations and general day to day things. I feel like I used to have all the time in the world to jot down the little moments. I am going to try to do that more. Is that something you would be interested in? I’m by no means a writer, but I think it brings more personality to a blog.

For now, here’s a quote that is totally relevant to the start of my blog which was just like this post you are currently reading, a bunch of my silly ramblings.

Start by doing what’s necessary; then do what’s possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible. – Francis of Assisi

Your blog is a reflection of the phases in your life and as the past gets more hazy, sometimes the really good or bad sticks out more than the rest which in turn, we tend romanticize it to make it linger. What you suggest is great but it sounds like you’d run the risk of burning yourself out, or overshare, which may not go well in the future. This sounds old school but, maybe you should care a tiny notebook to record said ramblings so you have a bank to draw from in hindsight as a means to avoid making it a chore. All in all, just do what you feel is best but never at the expense of anything that would compromise what you love.
