This post is very special to me because this is the first design collaboration I have ever participated in. I helped design this hat for Worth & Worth, a little hat shop based in Manhattan. For days I thought… what would my perfect hat be like? That’s where Orlando came in and helped me visualize my ideal hat. This hat has to be my favorite hat I own now! I love the red pop of the ribbon on the soft, warm gray base. It’s perfect. I chose a wider/stiffer brim which I prefer with a pinched top that resembles the top of a cowboy hat. It will be difficult to not wear this hat every day!

The hat is available for purchase (see the links at the bottom of this post) and it is named after me! This was the perfect first collaboration for me and I hope to do many more in the future. A few of my other blogger friends including Natalie, Christina, Dylana, Nicole and Bonnie all made hats too, so be sure to check theirs out as well.

The amazing coat I am wearing is a vintage piece from Valley Forge. For those of you that don’t know, Valley Forge is a military school. It’s cool to own a piece that probably has such a story. I have been looking for a military-esque coat with these colors for some time. Let’s face it though… like hats, I will never stop looking for military coats.

I hope this Monday is enjoyable for all of you!

Love,
