The Cloisters.

Yesterday I visited a magical place in New York called the Cloisters. It’s a Met-owned museum in upper Manhattan full of beautiful artworks from the medieval period. I loved the tapestries the most. The structures were very beautiful as well. But I have to say my favorite part is all of the wooded trails and the breathtaking views. I can’t believe this is in the city!

I was so tired that I fell asleep on the train for the first time ever coming back. I hope no one saw me! Hehe.

I finally got around to sewing one of my Fjallraven patches on to my back pack. I love these backpacks so much. I definitely have to get one in a neutral color so it goes with more of my clothes, but the blue is still great!

I hope your weekend was just as fantastic.

Love,

People are always surprised when there are actual jungles are found in the quintessential urban jungle that is Manhattan, myself included. The drama from your sweater really gives the outfit a Fall look.

The cloisters are, without a doubt, my favorite place in the city. It’s a little oasis with a magical aura around it. Plus the artwork is incredible, did you see the unicorn tapestry?
