Fragments: fine jewelry.

It wasn’t until recently that I really got into jewelry and how it can finish off a look. I’ve always played with costume pieces and pendants, but now my eyes are drawn to the delicate work and craftsmanship that goes into jewelry. I have pulled the above pieces from Fragments, a designer jewelry website that has an amazing collection. For example, the bangle to the left is very delicate and small with a beautiful red stone. It isn’t an obnoxious statement piece, but I’m certain this would look so dainty and wonderful on. When I wear jewelry like this now, it really makes me appreciate the little things in life, especially when New York can be so overwhelming.

Fragments has a really interesting history. They have been around longer than I have! Janet Goldman founded Fragments in 1984 because of the lack of accessories in the market. The pieces on the site are hand picked and Fragments draws inspiration from New York.
